Is this really free?
Yes. You're not buying anything. We're partners. Our return comes from our 10% equity stake. We only win if you win.
What's the catch?
No catch. We want to build things. We don't want to run them. You do. This is a genuine partnership where both parties bring what they're good at.
What if I fail?
Most startups do. We accept that. We'd rather have 10% of multiple attempts than 100% of nothing. The equity split reflects this reality.
Do I need to be technical?
No, but you're welcome to learn. You get the full codebase—it's yours. Many operators start by focusing on sales and marketing, then gradually learn to make changes themselves. Others hire developers later. Either way, you own the code completely and can take it in any direction you want.
What happens after 12 months?
The active advisory period ends. You still own 90%. We're still your 10% partner, just less actively involved. We're always available for big decisions.
Can I raise funding?
Absolutely. Your equity will dilute and so will ours. That's fine—we'd rather have 5% of something big than 10% of something small.
What if I want to sell the company?
Great. We both win proportionally to our equity. Our interests are fully aligned.
What if I have my own idea?
We're open to that. Bring us a problem you understand deeply. If we believe in it and in you, we'll build it. Same deal: 90/10 split.
